Clive Berkman has developed three presentations all consisting of an evening of praise, worship, and teaching around the various feasts from Leviticus Chapter 23.
The Passover: This presentation can be done in one of the three formats:
- A lecture on the Passover, its history, its use in today’s Jewish religion and its fulfillment by the Messiah, Christ Jesus.
- A presentation and teaching on the assigned elements.
- A complete Sedar. Sedar is a celebration of God’s deliverance and redemption of His people. This feast includes a teaching time in which a meal is served and used to illustrate the Passover.
The Feast of Tabernacles:
This presentation consists of an evening of celebration using food and song to share the significance of the feast of tabernacles in every day life. Clive Berkman emphasizes the historical significance of Sukkot in God’s plan and purpose. Sukkot is the feast of Tabernacles set aside as a celebration and festival of when Israel lived in booths.
Festival of Esther:
Purim - a celebration of the faithfulness of Esther. This feast reflects on the life of Queen Esther using food and symbolism.
