Many people ask if Clive is available to cook for their intimate dinner party or a large banquet. He is available for a wide range of opportunities, including:
• Chef’s Table Presentations: Clive prepares a seven-course dinner using tastes, flavors, and textures that delight the palate. As he prepares and serves each dish, he shares stories from his life and relationships with people throughout the years. These presentations are designed for 12 to 16 people and provide three hours of dining pleasure.
• Group presentations: Clive cooks and speaks to countless church groups and other organizations. In these occasions, he share some of the lessons he has learned in his life’s journey, and everyone enjoy a few laughs.
• Catering: Clive has been in the catering business for years, and loves to provide a special meal for a special occasion. He caters a wide variety of dishes, indoors and outdoors, for large companies and intimate parties, in formal settings and picnics, for the famous and for regular people like himself.
